There are toilets on all of our trains and at each of our stations:
Alresford – ladies toilets are in the main station building. Gents is located on platform 1 to the side of the information office. Further toilets are located in the Old Goods Shed at the end of the platform, where we have a RADAR disabled facility and a baby changing room. Additional public toilets are available on the opposite side of the car park, just past the doctor’s surgery.
Ropley – ladies is in the main station building. Gents and Disabled toilet is on the platform.
Medstead – ladies in the main station building, Gents is on the platform. Please note there is no disabled access toilet at Medstead.
Alton – ladies, gents and disabled toilet are in a new block on platform 3.
On-board – our heritage carriages do not have modern storage tanks, so please do not flush whilst the train is stationary.
INFORMATION AND LOST PROPERTY
The Information Office on the platform at Alresford station will be happy to help with any enquiries during your visit. This is also where all lost property is taken.
Please contact a member of staff. There are first aid boxes on every train and in every Station Masters Office.
We recommend that disabled and limited mobility visitors begin their journey at Alresford station where there is stepless entry. Ramps are available at all stations to aid boarding, please ask a member of platform staff for assistance. Please see our Accessibility page for full information.
WHEELCHAIR ACCESS & MOBILITY SCOOTER USERS
Please ask a member of staff to help you board using the ramp provided. All stations have foot crossings between platforms for wheelchair, pushchair and limited mobility passengers, please DO NOT use unless accompanied by a member of staff.
