General Notes to Owners

At Anstey Park there will be static bus exhibits and sales stands. 

Regular Bus services will operate between Anstey Park and Medstead & Four Marks (Mid-Hants) and Alton (S.W.T and Mid-Hants) Stations. 

Connecting service will also operate between Winchester (S.W.T) and Alresford (Mid-Hants) Stations, Alton (Mid-Hants and S.W.T.) Station and Guildford Bus Station and Alton (Mid -Hants and S.W.T.) and Basingstoke (S.W.T.) Stations.  

Bus owners are invited to run free services on several routes. Unless otherwise stated each service is not expected to exceed 15 or 20 miles.  

Up to 2 Complimentary Mid-hants Railway Passes will be available to  owners of vehicles running free services.  All other entrants will receive vouchers to allow them to purchase Mid-Hants Railway tickets at the rate of Two Adults for the price of One. 

Railway tickets will be able to be purchased at the rally site in addition to all M.H.R. stations. Discounted tickets are available for groups of 15 or more and will be available for collection at either Alresford Station or at the rally site if booked in advance. 

Each vehicle owner will be issued with a free commemorative plaque, but it is not intended to organise any judging of vehicles. 

Full refreshment facilities, including hot meals, will be available at Alresford Station and the rally site. Light refreshments will be available from Railway Buffet Cars (which will also be serving Real Ale).  

Details of all train and bus services will be available in advance to exhibitors as soon as they have been finalised.
