| Bus Rally 2003 Herewith some pictures of today's rally. Bus 1 is probably the oldest visitor, being a Dennis Toastrack 17 seat Robets bodywork built 1929. Formerly Llandudno (North Wales) bus, now owned by Southampton University. Incidently our website was complemented by 2 passengers on my train yesterday Bob Bristow |

| 'On a summer evening sometime in the sixties, and
somewhere in the Thames Valley, local bus TV 748 waits to take home
commuters just arrived on the DMU from Paddington' ... well almost. The 2A57 headcode on the other blind of the DMU was Slough - Paddington Suburban, the station's the wrong colour and perhaps the shadows are the wrong way ... in reality, Medstead on 20th July 2003 Photo (20th July 2003) and report: David Charlesworth |
