Lots of enthusiasm for the engine races today, and much excitement as some Troublesome Trucks 'escaped' and rolled through the station hotly pursued by Thomas. Hello Tony!
Well, I must say, the show you put on for Day Out on Sat. 8/15 was GREAT!
We had a WONDERFUL TIME!
My son Tanner's eyes were as big as saucers when he learned the fast express
we were riding to the station was Henry the #3 engine!!
Then, entering the yard, Thomas, Daisy, James, Douglas, Toad and more!! (I
had convinced my two 5 year olds we were now on the Island of Sodor after
passing thru the tunnel *..... and on the map, Ireland WAS the Island of
Sodor!!)
THANK YOU for a GREAT TIME! and thanks to the Fat Controller for being so
wonderful.
I will e-mail you with a few minor recommendations to make "the world's best
Thomas" even a bit better....if that is possible.
We hope be back in 2 years time.

From: The Wrights Subject: A day with Thomas Date: Wed, 13 Aug 2003 21:38:17 +0100 My daughter Emily and I would like to thank you for a simply excellent day spent with you on Monday. The organisation was superb, everyone knew what was going on, was courteous etc.etc.etc. All the more amazing as none of you were being paid to deal with us all in such high temperatures. The races were excellent, such enthusiasm by the drivers! Attached a photo! I hope the rest of the week is very successful for you and we look forward to travelling on your railway again soon.
