Restoring the Ivatt 2-6-2 tank engine #41312

	Bubs' rollers squeeze together to lift both centre driving wheels just clear of the rails. The air motor drives the rollers; the black torque arm stops the motor from spinning instead.
	...so Frank can work his usual magic with the valve settings. Come and hear the result, preferably up Medstead Bank (1:60 for 3 miles) !
	Ivatt boiler undergoes hydraulic test on 25th August 1998. Sorry the gauge is indistinct, but it reads 300 LB psi. so the test was satisfactory.
	Boiler was steamed on the wagon outside Ropley Shed on 4th September 1998 to working pressure.
