3rd June 2004:

More cameos from the Watercress Week celebrations

The 'barrel organ', more piano than organ, works through pins in a yard-long, foot-diameter, wooden drum.  It plays eight different tunes.

To give the organ grinder a rest, your webmaster had a go for a while (playing music by handle!) during a lunch-break from footplate duty on Bodmin

All part of the National Watercress Week celebrations at MHR, the demonstrations of ways with watercress (and the free watercress distribution!) were a big hit between the Morris Dancing performances, Ropley Shed Tours, and Mr Wizard's entertainment
