to the Watercress Line
An Education Visit to the Mid Hants Railway, The Watercress Line, offers the opportunity for your pupils to learn about the present day operation of our preserved railway and to investigate its past life and times. Your visit can be teamed with the experience of travelling through the Hampshire Countryside behind a restored steam locomotive during our midweek running season.
Station Visits October 2018 -April 2019
Visits without train travel are bookable throughout the autumn and spring terms, Tuesday-Friday, on non-running days except during December and January.

Visits with train travel begin again on Tuesday 30th April 2019 and run in term time on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
Summer Term 2019
Summer Term 2019 departure times will be to a revised timetable. Visits in the summer term will
be available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Click here for details of topics we offer and our revised session timings for the summer term.
We will return to our standard offer timetable. Visits in the autumn term will be available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays until 26th September. Click here for full session details of our Autumn offer.
Bookings can be taken now to secure your preferred date.
To Book: Please contact the Education Office for availability. Your date can be reserved with a £50 deposit.
