The Station Master at Ropley is seeking to increase the number of Booking Clerks on his team to enable the Booking Office to be opened on more days in 2015. Increasing traffic through Ropley means that we would like to have this valuable facility open on as many operating days as possible in the future. The Booking Office sells tickets, gives information and is an important element of the customer experience.
Applicants need to be smart, highly customer focused and able to work as part of a team. Full training will be given to successful applicants.
This is a Traffic Department volunteer post and applicants must be able to commit to one duty per month.
