8th - 10th March 2019
We look forward to welcoming you to our three day weekend. There will be steam locomotives operating a varied timetable from 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. each day.
This ‘steam’ packed three day event is a chance to see and ride behind guest engines and the home-fleet locomotives. Come and enjoy behind the scene tours throughout Ropley workshop & yard and get up close and explore our locomotives under restoration. The Real Ale bar will be available on one of the trains each day and the ‘Queen Mary’ brake van will be available for rides on the freight train.
NB Watercress Line trains will not be operating to and from Alton station until the end of July 2019.
